This “knock box” container allows you to easily loosen and discard spent coffee grounds from your filter basket after brewing. The Solis knock box is made of durable plastic with sound absorbing feet. The hitting surface or knocking bar is made of replaceable hardwood. This knock box is can be used with any brand of espresso machine that uses a portafilter (device that holds the filter basket).
