La Pavoni Stradivari Professional Espresso Maker PSW-16
The La Pavoni Stradavari espresso maker was developed in celebration of 100 years of La Pavoni producing the finest espresso makers. The Stradavari is the latest addition to La Pavoni's classic line of piston lever machines. La Pavoni is known around the world for it's quality lever driven espresso makers. This PSW-16 model features Chrome and wood handles.
The La Pavoni Stradivari Professional has all the same great features as the original Stradivari with the added convenience of a larger 38 oz chrome-plated brass boiler that lets you brew up to an amazing 16 cups of espresso before refilling. Dual frothing cappuccino systems. Nickel plated, solid brass boilers are triple chrome plated.
A pressurestat ensures a constant boiler pressure of 0.7 and 0.8 BAR. The La Pavoni Stradivari espresso maker is nicely equipped with a chrome-plated brass portafilter for café-quality espresso and a commercial-style stainless steel steam wand.
Additional features include a water level gauge, a safety valve and a manual reset safety thermostat that shuts off the unit in case of overheating. The Stradivari is available with a choice of Black or Wood handles and knobs.
