The Handpresso Wild uses E.S.E (Easy Serving Espresso) pods, which are available in well-known brands such as Gaggia and Lavazza.  Many espresso machines on the market lean towards developing increasingly sophisticated and expensive machines, Handpresso decided to go in the opposite direction and look for simplicity. This approach led to the
Handpresso Wild, an espresso machine slightly larger than a Swiss Army knife and as simple to carry.

 

How to Use:

An easy to use machine, the Handpresso Wild is similar to the action when you use bicycle pump.  The secret to great espresso is achieving a pressure of about 15 bars and pressing the liquid through the grind.  You simply pump the machine until the correct pressure is achieved and then you add the hot water to the reservoir and tighten the lid.  The Wild has a black spout on the end that acts as the dispenser.  The next step is to add and E.S.E pod to the portafilter and close the lid.   Then you simply press the dispenser button on the top of the Wild and the quality espresso will flow through the dispenser spout.   Simple, great tasting espresso in just a few minutes.

 

"The idea was to serve a perfect espresso with the right amount of water and coffee,” said Henrik Nielsen, who invented this new concept. Small, light, and easy to use, simply pump the Handpresso Wild until the pressure rises to 16 bar, add hot water into the small water reservoir, insert an E.S.E. pod and obtain a perfectly extracted, crema-topped shot of espresso.
