The Gaggia Milk Island is a excellent option for automatic steaming and frothing. The Milk Island connects directly to your machine and will froth up to 13.5 oz of milk at a time.  To enable the automatic frothing, just turn the steam knob to the milk island setting to froth and steam. Easy.
