The Gaggia Baby Class adds a touch of elegance to Gaggia's traditional espresso machine design. Gaggia semi-automatics like the Baby Class have commercial quality brewing components for increased life and durability and overall, a truly better cup of coffee. The Baby Class features a 15 bar pump for excellent flavor extraction, a chrome-plated brass brew group, a heavy duty 58mm commercial style portafilte, a three-way solenoid valve, and a removable 60 oz water tank. The Baby Class has the powerful internal components to compliment its stainless steel finish. The Gaggia Baby Class will complement your kitchen appliances and add a touch of elegance to any coffee bar.
The Baby Class features a unique boiler system with two heating elements which helps to increase temperature stability. This unique heating system is the cornerstone of Gaggias semi-automatic espresso machine design and provides even heat distribution and speeds up the initial heat-up process. The Gaggia Baby Class is also equipped with a state-of-the-art Turbo Frother with a multi-positional Pannarello wand, which makes frothing and steaming a snap. The Baby Class machine also houses a large 60 oz water reservoir to handle up to 30 two oz shots and can be removed or filled in place for added convenience. Best of all like all Gaggia semi-automatics, the Baby Class is compatible with ESE sized pods. However you can just add your own grounds if you like.
